Join Beth Tikkun as we begin a new series called The Torah Project. This series arose out of Grant’s desire to write a commentary on the Torah, therefore, these teachings will be based upon each week’s progress on this writing project. Though he has taught through the Torah multiple times, these teachings will include many additional insights. In this teaching we look at the first word of the Bible – barasheit – “In the beginning”, and we discover what this one word teaches us about the gift of free will.
